today overslp again... wake up at 630am... lucky can reach there on time .. hahs

in there cos our sgt go to singapore day parade rehersal... then it good news...
for the whole day i slp and do nth else almost forget to even wake up to eat lunch too...
then my buddy call me wake up to eat .. hahs .. so sainz but i jus like tis day
for everyday ... reach home liao then change to running attire then run bedok again..
wth my timin fell to 24m45s aiyo.. was all the way running toward the wind
direction but it was quite cooling but was tough ... I go wash up le ...
